Support / Ticketing Management System

  • Add Allowances and Deductions (Set whether they should be a fixed amount or a percentage)
    • Set if Allowances are taxable or not. If percentage, it’ll be based on employee’s basic salary
    • Set deductions to either be based on basic salary or gross salary for percentage-based deductions
  • Setup Salary Grades. Attach grades to applicable allowances and deductions, then assign grades to employees/staff based on their roles, to quickly populate their default allowances and deductions when generating their pay slips

In the Example URL above, the word “school” will be replaced by your School’s initials, first name or full name (whichever you prefer). Note: Short Names make it easier for your users to type in browsers if not using the app.

Users do not need to enter any address on the android app, launching it opens the web app automatically.

Terms of Payment

The App can be tested extensively with the various accounts provided above.

Termly Subscription:

Onboarding (New Client):

  • ✿ Full Payment before initial setup.

Regular Client: (Full Payment made in First or Second Week – 5% Discount)

  • ✿ Full Payment must be made (within 1 month) or on the 30th day of re-opening

Yearly Subscription:

Onboarding (New Client):

  • ✿ Half Payment before initial setup.
  • ✿ Remaining – 30 days after initial setup.

Regular Client: (Full Payment [made within 2 Weeks] – 8% Discount)

  • ✿ Full Payment must be made (within 1 month) or on the 30th day of a subsequent renewal year.

Late Payment is subject to a 3% Charge on the Total Amount each day.

Non-payment after a Week from the expected payment date (after the 37th day), your School’s access to our Platform will be Halted or Blocked. To resume operations, the Total Amount plus the accumulated charges must be paid before reconnection.

Payments can be made via MoMo, Bank Transfer or Cash.

Initial Setup should be completed at least 3 business days (enough time to ensure everything is running smoothly). After which, a notification will be sent to you to that effect.

We reserve the right to modify any part of this Proposal or Contract made

Cancellation

If at any point, you wish to cancel your subscription with us, as at the time of cancellation or within appropriate time frame, your data (Files and Database content in Excel Format) will be backed up and forwarded to you, with all remaining data deleted from our servers. No refund for cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the subscription of a school if found to have violated our terms. In case of cancellation on our part due to the violation, the data of the school will be forwarded and deleted from our servers while refund will be subjected to investigation if the violation wasn’t deliberate.

  • If payment was made in excess of the current term, the subsequent terms cost will be refunded in 30 days or a period agreed by both parties.
